Can I use the bonding method while wearing contact lenses?

Do I need Bond (glue) if the lashes are pre-glued?

No, you don’t. Lashes applied and sealed with the Lash Crash Sealer will stay in place for up to 5 days.

Use Lash Crash Bond only if you want to reapply them or extend their wear up to 7 days.

How long are the eyelash clusters and how many are included?

The package contains 50 eyelash clusters in three lengths:

  • 10 tufts of 10 mm length,
  • 20 tufts of 12 mm length,
  • 20 tufts, 14 mm long.

What if I’m allergic to the eyelash glues used in salons?

Our products do not contain cyanoacrylate, the ingredient most commonly responsible for allergic reactions in professional adhesives.

They are gentler and suitable for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend performing an allergy patch test 24 hours before application.

Will the clusters damage my natural lashes?

No, as long as they are used correctly.

Lashes should not be worn for more than 7 days, even if they still hold well.

When removing, never pull or tug - simply apply a generous amount of remover and wait for the glue to dissolve. Then gently lift the clusters from the roots using tweezers. If you feel resistance, apply more remover and give it a bit more time.

Can I use the clusters after a lash lift?

Lashes are more delicate right after a lift, and their structure needs time to stabilize. Applying clusters too soon may weaken the lifting effect and reduce durability.

We recommend waiting a few days, just like after a henna treatment - before applying clusters.

Are the products safe for pregnant women?

Yes, our products are safe for both pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Am I entitled to a return?

Of course! You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note that only unused, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
